We recently visited this hospital and overall it was a reassuring experience. We were a bit anxious before going, but the doctor patiently listened to all our doubts and didn’t rush the consultation. The explanation was simple and easy to understand, which really helped us feel calmer. The staff were polite and cooperative. Even the nurses guided us properly about where to go and what to do next, so we didn’t feel lost inside the hospital. Cleanliness was good and waiting time was reasonable compared to most hospitals. I have a serious neck pain from April 2023, I have consulted couple of doctors but no result. I have seen the reviews and visited Indo UK Avyaya clinic on 16th July, I was properly diagnosed they have well trained and qualified physio. Problem is just stiff neck because of my work position, Doctor advised to go for Physio for 4 to 5 sessions, after 3rd session I am normal like before.
